Buddy George (b. 1958) lives and works in Port Alberni, BC. Buddy has been carving as a full time occupation since 1991. He continues to study and explore the traditions of both Nuu Chah Nulth and Kwakwaka'wakw cultures. He is particularly interested in expressing the legends of his heritage.

Buddy George carvings are found in several private collections in Japan, Canada, and the United States.
