He originally learned by studying the work of others in the rich carving environment of Palembei Village. Sebastian is a master carver with a fine eye for detail. His work is known for its refined and detailed painting and imaginative themes. Sebastian's work can be found in collections in Australia, Canada, Germany and the United States.
