Ricky Kiang was born in Yamok Village 1n 1969. Born into a renowned carving family he was taught by his father. When the Haus Tambaran was recently rebuilt in Yamok, Ricky was among the artists who created special works to grace the new house. Bird imagery is predominant in Ricky's work alongside sculpture relating to family life.
