Kipa Gaindimi is a master carver originally from Yentchen Village in the Mid Sepik now living in Kambot Village.

Gaindimi is particularly renowned for his carvings on bark. His deeply sculptural storyboards continue to evolve, often relating to daily life in the village, such as the harvest and preparation of sago. His works also play an important role in reinforcing the culture by maintaining a visual presence of mythical heroes and stories of creation.
