Indian Foster Boy is a collaborative catalogue of George Littlechild's first major retrospective exhibition, held at Surrey Art Gallery in 1996. A collection of essays and poetry by friends and colleagues of Littlechild's punctuate the full-colour images. Introducing the multi-media installation, 'Dis-Place: The Sixties Scoop,' Littlechild has included his own commentary on the new piece, sharing his perspectives on colonization, racism, and heritage, which he so often addresses through his artwork.
