The copper is of Raven design, and was created from 1920's sheet copper saved from part of a ship's boiler. The copper was hand-forged over a custom form for the "T" or "life of the copper." The design is sand-blasted onto the copper and then the formlines hand-painted, it is also hammered around the rim.
