This story is for Napurrula, Jupurrula, Nakmnarra and Jakamarra skin groups. It shows a cave in the centre of the painting in which there is a waterhole. The water from this cave is connected underground to several other rock homes further afield and the knowledge of the location of these water sources is an important part of the Aboriginal law. This knowledge is essential if Aboriginal people are to survive in this harsh and unforgiving environment. Men and women dance during special ceremonies to make water come in to this rock hole.
